Thank you NO GAS

Let me start off by saying if it weren't for no gas i would be so sick and hate france. BUT there is and so i don't.

Today started off really fun and exciting. when we got to the school we watched the host students in their gym class. it was gymnastic day so it was very amusing. Even some of us tried to do it. didn't really work out. After we went to the mueseum. not to say that it wasn't a good idea(it was), but i did not really enjoy it. Later we went to the concentration camp. It was really informative yet depressing at the same time. When everyone opened their luches up there was sooo much food. But it was SOOOOO GOOD. When we got back to the school some of the students were out of class and we played some soccer. It was really fun until the ball went on the roof(COLE) so we had to use vollyball (thanks cole). Other than that everything went fine.
If you didn't notice i got my camera to finally work with this computer

Day 2

ok so its the second day here in france and everything is going well. Today i had to ride in the car with the mom(who doesn't speak english). Thank you phrase book. When we got to the school i was amazed. even though it wasn't bigger than Ashley it was alot nicer. Some of the students gave us a tour. they could speak english really well even though they were years younger than us. After the tour we went on a boat ride on the river. The ride was informational and fun at the same time. Later in the day we went shopping downtown and the host kids were there to. The money exchange was confusing at first until we realized there was an english button. The town was really pretty and close together. After regrouping back at the school, the host kids went to class and we checked out the cathedral. I'd have to say that it was a really beautiful site to see. So far the only bad thing about france are the haggelers on the streets trying to sell all sorts of stuff. We also got gift bags full of fun stuff from the host kids. It was really nice and thoughtful.

BTW: i've gotton used to the keyboard.its only semi complicated.

I'm in france and the keyboard is confusing

Finally we are here in france
After being in a plane for so long i was happy to be walking. When we landed in Frankfort some of the host kids greeted us. I took pictures and had fun. Today I woke up at 11:20. What a great sleep. The food is really really good. Everyone except the mom in the house can speak a little english. I went to a horse race. It's not really that exciting but i've never been to one before. It's the second day here and i'm having a blast.
